Sad Day Today

Today was a sad day and I thought it wouldn't affect me that much or make me upset. I had spoken to the person a few times and they were the person in charge of keeping the bank account on the right track. He was always warm and friendly, full of laughter and joy. He has been struggling with cancer on and off for the past three years and the past six month it got really bad and he was placed into Hospice care. I recieved an email this morning that someone who was important to the mission and was very positive in light, passed away this morning.

I recieved an email this morning and thought it really wasn't going to affect me, but it did, I got all frustrated at first that he was taken from this earth and I didn't get to say good bye or my thoughts for him always being so kind to me.

This afternoon I just began crying, remember his spirit, remembering how he was always positive for life and for the passion that anything is possible, no matter the limiations that were put forth, anything is possible.

Today I mourn for him and his family.

Golden Gate

Went with a good friend over the weekend to Golden Gate, it was good to just go to the track, not bet, just enjoy the horses, the jockey's and the atomsphere. I think this is what I needed, missing being around the beautiful creatures and the wonderful people that go along with it. I need to do this alot more often!
